About
A Changhua practice built around the audit file
Apiaggregatorstream exists to examine financial statements and related controls for companies that need an independent view — not to sell bookkeeping packages or distant “transformation” programmes. Our work sits in ledgers, warehouses, and management representations.
The practice is rooted in Changhua County, with engagements across central Taiwan. Many clients are manufacturers, distributors, and subsidiaries whose year-end coincides with bank covenants or group reporting packs. We plan around those dates rather than around a generic calendar.
How we approach fieldwork
Planning starts with entity structure, industry risks, and the quality of prior-year papers when they exist. We ask for trial balances and key schedules early, attend inventory counts when stock is material, and keep findings written in language a controller can act on.
Independence matters. We decline engagements where we prepare the accounts we would later audit, or where a close personal or financial relationship would impair objectivity.
People and values
Engagement partners stay close to the file. Junior team members walk processes with your staff; partners review judgements on estimates, related parties, and going concern. We value punctual replies during fieldwork, honest discussion of disagreements, and reports that arrive when we said they would.
Community ties in LuoCu village and greater Changhua keep us accountable to local businesses that need auditors who show up for the stock count, not only the closing meeting.
