Colleagues in a planning discussion at a table

How we work

From scoping call to signed auditor’s report

This page maps the path of a statutory financial statement audit with Apiaggregatorstream. Other engagements — readiness reviews, walkthroughs, due diligence — borrow the same planning discipline with a shorter fieldwork window.

  1. Scoping discussion. We confirm entities, year-end date, reporting framework, locations with inventory, and whether group auditors will rely on our work.
  2. Engagement letter. Scope, fee, timetable, and independence confirmations are written before we request detailed schedules.
  3. Information request. You receive a list covering trial balance, bank and legal confirmations, inventory count plans, related-party listings, and draft statements if available.
  4. Interim and year-end fieldwork. Teams test controls and balances on site or remotely; stock counts are attended when material.
  5. Review and closing meeting. Findings, proposed adjustments, and the draft report are discussed with management before partner sign-off.
  6. Issuance. The final auditor’s report and management letter are delivered according to the timetable in the engagement letter.
