Refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to professional fees for financial auditing and related engagements with Apiaggregatorstream. Website enquiries themselves carry no charge.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered only for fees paid under a signed engagement letter. Informational fee quotes on this website are not invoices and create no payment obligation.

Timeframe to request a refund

Submit refund requests in writing to info@apiaggregatorstream.digital within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation by either party before fieldwork), unless the engagement letter sets a different window.

Full refunds

A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel the engagement before any fieldwork or substantive planning work has begun, or if we are unable to commence work for reasons solely within our control and no substitute timetable is agreed.

Partial refunds

If you cancel after planning has started but before year-end fieldwork, we may retain a portion of the fee reflecting time already spent (scoping, information-request preparation, interim testing) and refund the remainder. The retained amount will be itemised.

Non-refundable items

• Fees for work already performed and delivered (issued reports, completed walkthrough memoranda, due diligence notes)
• Third-party confirmation charges or travel costs already incurred at your request
• Deposits expressly marked non-refundable in the engagement letter for reserved peak-season fieldwork slots after a stated cut-off date

Deposits

First-year statutory audits may require a deposit to reserve team capacity. Deposits are applied to the final fee. They are refundable if we cancel; they may be partly or fully retained if you cancel inside the notice period stated in the letter.

Rescheduling

You may request rescheduling of fieldwork subject to team availability. One reschedule with at least ten business days’ notice is typically free of charge. Shorter notice may incur a rescheduling fee covering idle scheduled days.

No-shows and access failures

If agreed site access, inventory counts, or key personnel are unavailable on scheduled dates without timely notice, time set aside may be billed and is not refundable.

Work already started

Once substantive testing or report drafting has begun, fees for completed stages remain payable. Unused future stages may be cancelled with a partial refund as described above.

Process and timing

Email info@apiaggregatorstream.digital with your engagement reference, reason, and bank details for repayment. We confirm eligibility within ten business days and process approved refunds within twenty-one business days to the original payment method or a Taiwanese bank account you nominate.

Method

Refunds are issued by bank transfer. We do not offer store credit or substitution of unrelated services.
